Pata Yamaha Official WorldSBK Team takes the lead on cost-efficient currency exchange with new FairFX partnership

Phillip Island, Australia – Pata Yamaha Official WorldSBK Team has today announced a new partnership with UK-based multicurrency payments and banking service provider, FairFX.

Through a full suite of currency, banking and payment services, FairFX has already become a crucial partner in the team's global operations in the FIM Superbike World Championship (WorldSBK) for the 2018 season.

From pre-season testing at Jerez, Spain and Portimao, Portugal, through to the first race event this weekend at Phillip Island, Australia and onwards, the Pata Yamaha Official WorldSBK Team requires reliable and fast currency exchange to help ensure its commercial operations run efficiently.With an established track record, FairFX has been helping personal and business clients make low-cost international payments since 2007. After finishing third in the Manufacturer Standings at the end of the 2017, the Pata Yamaha Official WorldSBK Team is looking to improve on its position and challenge for race victories in 2018. Armed with two incredibly capable riders,Alex Lowes and Michael van der Mark who finished last season fifth and sixth respectively, the team is poised to capitalise on its potential. The opening round of the FIM Superbike World Championship kicked off at Phillip Island,Australia, last weekend with two thrilling races where Lowes finished 6th and 5th while van Der Mark was also in the hunt for a closely-fought podium completing the event with a 9th and 7th place finish.
